Project limit reset to default
If your organization has a custom project limit (e.g., 200, 400, or 700 projects) and it has suddenly reverted to 100 (the platform default), this is a known bug.
What causes this
A nightly synchronization process occasionally resets custom project limits back to the platform default (100 active / 500 archived). This can happen after license renewals or during routine sync cycles. It is a systemic issue that our engineering team is working to resolve.
What to do
- Contact support immediately.
- Include: your account name, your installation (www / ww2 / ww3), and your correct contracted project limit.
- We will restore your correct limit from the admin panel — this is a quick fix.
Note: No data is lost when this happens. Your projects are all still there; you just cannot create new ones until the limit is restored.
