Getting help as a team member (Tier 2 user)
If you are a team member (your account was created by your organization's administrator), Unipark central support is not directly available to you. This is by design, to ensure account security.
What to do
- Contact your organization's admin — this is the person who created your Unipark account. They are the license holder and have full admin access to manage your account.
- Your admin can: reset your password, adjust your permissions, add project access, and escalate to Unipark Support if needed.
- If you do not know who your admin is, check with your department or research group leader.

- Password reset
- Security question reset
- Project access permissions
- Account activation
- Data export rights
If you believe you are actually the license owner (Tier 1) and need to verify this, contact support with your Cleverbridge purchase confirmation.
