I am a team member — how do I get help?

Getting help as a team member (Tier 2 user)

If you are a team member (your account was created by your organization's administrator), Unipark central support is not directly available to you. This is by design, to ensure account security.

What to do

  1. Contact your organization's admin — this is the person who created your Unipark account. They are the license holder and have full admin access to manage your account.
  2. Your admin can: reset your password, adjust your permissions, add project access, and escalate to Unipark Support if needed.
  3. If you do not know who your admin is, check with your department or research group leader.

What your admin can do for you

  • Password reset
  • Security question reset
  • Project access permissions
  • Account activation
  • Data export rights

If you believe you are actually the license owner (Tier 1) and need to verify this, contact support with your Cleverbridge purchase confirmation.
