How to change your account email address

Changing your account email address

Email address changes on Unipark accounts must be handled by support. This is because the email address is used for password resets and GDPR compliance — it cannot be changed by users themselves.

Who can request this

Only Tier 1 account holders (license owners) can request an email change. Tier 2 users must ask their admin to do so.

How to request a change

  1. Open a support ticket
  2. Include: your current email address, the new email address, your account name, and your installation (www / ww2 / ww3)
  3. We will verify the change and update the account

Important notes

  • The new email address must not already be registered on that installation
  • Future password resets will go to the new email address
  • Cleverbridge billing emails are separate — update your email there independently if needed
