Changing your account email address
Email address changes on Unipark accounts must be handled by support. This is because the email address is used for password resets and GDPR compliance — it cannot be changed by users themselves.
Who can request this
Only Tier 1 account holders (license owners) can request an email change. Tier 2 users must ask their admin to do so.
How to request a change
- Open a support ticket
- Include: your current email address, the new email address, your account name, and your installation (www / ww2 / ww3)
- We will verify the change and update the account
Important notes
- The new email address must not already be registered on that installation
- Future password resets will go to the new email address
- Cleverbridge billing emails are separate — update your email there independently if needed
