Can't log in? Start here.
Most login issues on Unipark fall into one of three categories. Work through them in order:
1. Wrong installation
Unipark runs on three separate installations. Your account only exists on one of them:
Check your original welcome email — it contains the exact URL for your installation. Trying to log in at the wrong URL will always fail.
2. Forgotten password
Go to your installation's login page and click "Passwort vergessen" (Forgot password). A reset link will be sent to your registered institutional email address.
3. Expired or deactivated account
If your license has expired or your payment was not processed, your account will be deactivated. Contact support with your Cleverbridge order reference number.
Still not working? Open a support ticket and include: your email address, your installation URL (www/ww2/ww3), and a description of the error message you see.
