Getting started with Unipark — your first steps

Welcome to Unipark

Here is everything you need to know to get up and running quickly.

Step 1: Find your installation and log in

Unipark runs on three separate installations. Check your welcome email for your login URL:

Step 2: Create your first project

1. After logging in, click Neues Projekt (New project).
2. Choose a project type (typically "Online-Befragung" for standard surveys).
3. Follow the setup wizard to name your project and configure basic settings.

Step 3: Build your questionnaire

Use the questionnaire editor to add pages, questions, and answer options. Unipark supports 35+ question types including single/multiple choice, matrix, text input, and number fields.

Step 4: Test and launch

1. Always use the Preview (Vorschau) feature to test your survey before distributing it.
2. Set up your field period (start and end dates).
3. Copy the survey link and distribute it to your participants.

Step 5: Collect and export data

Monitor responses in real time under Auswertung (Evaluation). Export your data in CSV, XLS, SPSS, or GPX format when ready.
