I get "Email address already registered" when signing up

"Email address already registered" error

This error means your email address already exists in the Unipark system — on one of the three installations. You don't need to create a new account.

What to do

  1. Try logging in at each installation with your email address:
    www.unipark.de/www | ww2.unipark.de/www | ww3.unipark.de/www
  2. If you don't remember your password, use the "Passwort vergessen" (Forgot password) link on the login page.
  3. If you remember creating an account a long time ago, note that old accounts may have expired. Contact support to check the status.

Note on email uniqueness

Each email address can only be registered once per installation. If you genuinely need a second account (e.g., for a different project or institution), you must use a different email address.


Contact support if you cannot find your existing account and need help locating it.
