Finding your Unipark installation

Unipark operates three separate installations. Your account exists on exactly one of them, and you must log in at the correct URL:

• www: www.unipark.de/www
• ww2: ww2.unipark.de/www
• ww3: ww3.unipark.de/www

How to find your installation

1. Check the welcome email you received when your account was created — the login URL is listed there.
2. Check any previous correspondence from Unipark Support — the installation is often referenced.
3. If your organization's admin set up your account, ask them which installation your organization uses.
4. Try logging in at each installation with your email address — only one will recognise your account.

Note: Accounts cannot be moved between installations without administrative intervention.
