Account locked or deactivated
There are several reasons why your Unipark account may be locked or deactivated:
1. License expired
Unipark licenses have a fixed term (3 months for Student, 6–12 months for Institut/Lehrstuhl). When a license expires, the account is automatically deactivated. To reactivate, you need to purchase a new license or renew your existing one via Cleverbridge.
2. Payment not processed
Sometimes there is a delay between payment and account activation, especially with Cleverbridge. If you have paid but your account is still locked, contact support with your Cleverbridge reference number or invoice.
3. Data retention window
After expiry: 5-day grace period → 28-day data retention → irreversible deletion. If your account has been deactivated for more than 28 days, your data may already be deleted. Act quickly if you need to recover data.
What to have ready when contacting support
- Your email address and account name
- Your installation URL (www / ww2 / ww3)
- Your Cleverbridge reference number or invoice number (format: AKD-###########)
Open a support ticket to request reactivation.
