License renewed but account still locked
There is sometimes a delay between Cleverbridge processing your renewal and the Unipark account being reactivated. This is a known sync issue.
Steps to resolve
- Confirm your payment was successfully processed in Cleverbridge (check the confirmation email from cs@cleverbridge.com).
- Wait up to 24 hours — the sync between Cleverbridge and Unipark is not always instant.
- If still locked after 24 hours, contact support.
What to include in your ticket
- Cleverbridge reference number
- Invoice number (AKD-###########)
- Your email address and installation (www / ww2 / ww3)
