Organization account deactivated
An organization account on Unipark can be deactivated for several reasons:
Common causes
- License expired: The license term (e.g., 12 months) has ended and was not renewed in time.
- Payment issue: The renewal payment was not successfully processed by Cleverbridge.
- Cleverbridge sync delay: Payment was made but the license activation is delayed (usually resolves within 24 hours).
What to do
- Check your Cleverbridge account for the subscription status and any payment alerts.
- If the subscription is active in Cleverbridge but the Unipark account is inactive, contact support with your Cleverbridge reference number.
- If the subscription has lapsed, renew it through Cleverbridge and then contact support if the account does not reactivate automatically.
Data retention warning
After account deactivation: 5-day grace period → 28-day data retention → irreversible deletion. If you need to recover data, act immediately.
