My organization's account is inactive — what happened?

An organization account on Unipark can be deactivated for several reasons:

Common causes

  • License expired: The license term (e.g., 12 months) has ended and was not renewed in time.
  • Payment issue: The renewal payment was not successfully processed by Cleverbridge.
  • Cleverbridge sync delay: Payment was made but the license activation is delayed (usually resolves within 24 hours).

What to do

  1. Check your Cleverbridge account for the subscription status and any payment alerts.
  2. If the subscription is active in Cleverbridge but the Unipark account is inactive, contact support with your Cleverbridge reference number.
  3. If the subscription has lapsed, renew it through Cleverbridge and then contact support if the account does not reactivate automatically.

Data retention warning

After account deactivation: 5-day grace period → 28-day data retention → irreversible deletion. If you need to recover data, act immediately.
