Cancelling your Unipark subscription

Important: Unipark Support cannot process cancellations. All subscription cancellations must be handled through Cleverbridge, our billing provider.

How to cancel

1. Contact Cleverbridge directly:
   • Email: cs@cleverbridge.com
   • Portal: support.cleverbridge.com/hc/de
2. Include your Cleverbridge reference number and invoice number (format: AKD-###########).
3. Cleverbridge will process your cancellation and confirm by email.

What happens after cancellation

• Your license remains active until the end of the current term — cancellation stops auto-renewal, it does not end access immediately.
• After the term ends: 5-day grace period → 28-day data retention → irreversible deletion. Export your data before this window closes.
