Key provisions to know

• Academic use only: Unipark is licensed for non-commercial, academic purposes only.
• Data controller responsibility (§13.3): If you are collecting data on behalf of a third party (company, institution), you are acting as a data controller and are responsible for appropriate GDPR compliance, including informing participants.
• No mid-term changes: License upgrades or downgrades are not available mid-term.
• Data retention: After license expiry, data is held for 28 days then permanently deleted.
