Requesting a refund
All refunds are handled by Cleverbridge, Unipark's billing provider. Unipark Support cannot issue refunds.
How to request
- Contact Cleverbridge:
- Email: cs@cleverbridge.com
- Portal: support.cleverbridge.com/hc/de
- Include your Cleverbridge reference number and invoice number (AKD-###########).
Refund eligibility
- Student licenses (Einzellizenz): There may be a short refund window after purchase. Contact Cleverbridge as soon as possible.
- Institut / Lehrstuhl / Campus: Refunds are subject to Cleverbridge's terms and conditions and are not guaranteed after the license has been activated.
