Paid but still locked out?
There can be a short delay between payment processing in Cleverbridge and account activation in Unipark. This is a known sync issue.
Steps to resolve
- Wait up to 24 hours after payment. The sync between Cleverbridge and Unipark is not always instant.
- Double-check you are logging in at the correct installation (www / ww2 / ww3).
- If 24 hours have passed and your account is still inactive, contact support.
What to include in your support ticket
- Your Cleverbridge reference number (found in your payment confirmation email)
- Your Cleverbridge invoice number (format: AKD-###########)
- Your email address and installation URL
Open a support ticket and we will manually verify your payment and activate your account.
