How to purchase or renew a license

Purchasing or renewing a Unipark license

New purchase

1. Go to the Unipark shop.
2. Select the license type that fits your needs.
3. Complete payment via Cleverbridge (Unipark's billing provider). Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
4. You will receive a confirmation email from Cleverbridge (sender: cs@cleverbridge.com).
5. Your Unipark account will typically be activated within a few hours. If not activated after 24 hours, contact support with your Cleverbridge reference number.

Renewal

If your license is set to auto-renew, Cleverbridge will process payment automatically near the expiry date. You will receive a notification email. If auto-renewal fails, you will need to renew manually via Cleverbridge or the Unipark shop.

Note: There is no mid-term upgrade or downgrade option. License changes take effect at the next renewal.
