Using Unipark with Gmail or personal email

You can register and log in to Unipark with a Gmail or personal email address — however, there is an important limitation.

The limitation: password resets

Unipark sends password reset emails to your registered email address for GDPR compliance. If you registered with a Gmail address, your password reset will go to Gmail — which is fine.

However, some institutions require students to use their institutional email address for registration. Check with your organization's admin.

If you are locked out and cannot receive the reset email

If your registered email is no longer accessible (e.g., a university email after graduation), contact support to update your registered email address. You will need to verify your identity via your Cleverbridge purchase confirmation.
