Forgotten security question
Unipark uses security questions as a second verification step. If you have forgotten your answer, you cannot bypass this step yourself — it requires administrator action.
If you are a Tier 1 account holder (license owner / admin)
Contact Unipark Support directly. Include:
- Your email address
- Your account name
- Your installation (www / ww2 / ww3)
- Your Cleverbridge order reference (if available)
We will verify your identity and reset your security question from the admin panel.
If you are a Tier 2 user (team member)
Contact your organization's admin (the person who created your account). They can reset your security question from within the admin panel without needing to contact Unipark Support.
Open a support ticket if you are a Tier 1 holder and need assistance.
