How to reset your password

Resetting your Unipark password

1. Go to your installation's login page:
   www.unipark.de/www | ww2.unipark.de/www | ww3.unipark.de/www
2. Click "Passwort vergessen" (Forgot password) below the login form.
3. Enter your registered email address and submit.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset link — it will come from a Unipark/Tivian address.
5. Click the link and set a new password.

Important notes

• The reset email is sent to your institutional email address (the one registered on your account). Gmail or personal email addresses are not supported for resets — see our article on this topic.
• If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
• The reset link expires after a short time. If it has expired, repeat the process.
• If you have a forgotten security question as well, password reset alone may not be sufficient — see the article on forgotten security questions.
