I don't have export permissions — what do I do?

Missing export permissions

If you cannot see the export menu or receive a "no permission" error, here is how to resolve it.

If you are a Tier 2 user (team member)

Export rights are controlled by your Tier 1 admin (the license holder). Contact them and ask them to grant you export permissions in the organization settings.

If you are the Tier 1 admin

1. Go to Organisation → Nutzer in the admin panel.
2. Find the user who needs export access.
3. Edit their permissions and enable the export right.

If you are the Tier 1 admin and still cannot export your own data, contact support with your account name and installation.

Reporting+ exports

PDF, PPTX, and XLS chart exports require Reporting+ to be enabled for your organization. Contact support to activate this feature.
