Third-party access to another user's account
Unipark accounts are personal and non-transferable. A supervisor, colleague, or co-author cannot access another person's account without their consent.
Options if you need data from another person's account
- If the original user is reachable: Ask them to log in and export the data themselves, or grant you access to the specific projects through the team management settings.
- If the original user is unreachable and the account is expired: Contact support. If the account is still within the 28-day retention window, we may be able to assist. After 28 days, data is permanently deleted.
- Professional Services: For complex data recovery or migration needs, Unipark offers paid Professional Services engagements. Contact support for more information.
We cannot provide third-party access to an account without explicit written consent from the account owner.
