How to transfer or share a project with a colleague

Sharing a project with a colleague

Unipark does not support automatic project transfer between accounts. However, there are two ways to share your work.

Option 1: Add them to your organization (recommended)

If both you and your colleague are part of the same Unipark organization, your Tier 1 admin can grant your colleague access to the specific project from within the team management settings.

Option 2: Export and import via GPX

1. In your project, go to Extras → Projekt exportieren (Export project) and download the GPX file.
2. Send the GPX file to your colleague.
3. Your colleague imports it into their own account via Extras → Projekt importieren.

Note: GPX export transfers the questionnaire structure and settings, but not the collected response data. Response data must be exported separately as CSV/XLS and shared manually.

Also note: Student licenses (Einzellizenz) do not support GPX import/export.
