Pausing or closing a survey

Pausing a survey (temporarily)

1. Go to your project in the Unipark admin panel.
2. Navigate to Projekteigenschaften → Feldzeiten (Project properties → Field period).
3. Set an end date in the past, or change the project status to inactive.
4. Participants who try to access the survey URL will see a "survey closed" message.

You can reactivate the survey at any time by changing the status back or adjusting the field period dates.

Closing a survey permanently

Set the project status to completed and export your data. Completed projects remain in your account and data is preserved — they simply no longer accept new responses.

Note: Do not delete a project unless you have already exported all the data you need. Deletion is irreversible.
