Project slot limits by license

Each Unipark license comes with a set number of active project slots and archive slots. When you reach your limit, you cannot create new projects until you archive or delete existing ones.

Typical limits by license

• Einzellizenz (Student): 1 active project
• Lehrstuhl: varies (typically 10–25)
• Institut: up to 100
• Campus: custom (negotiated)

What to do when you hit your limit

1. Archive completed projects: Move finished surveys to the archive to free up active slots.
2. Delete old projects: If you no longer need a project and have exported its data, delete it to free up slots.
3. Request a limit increase: If you regularly need more projects than your license allows, contact support to discuss your options.
