How to request account and data deletion (GDPR Art. 17)

Account and data deletion (Right to erasure)

Under GDPR Article 17, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data and Unipark account.

How to request

  1. Open a support ticket and request account deletion.
  2. Include: your email address, account name, and installation (www / ww2 / ww3).
  3. We will process the deletion and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your personal account data
  • All survey projects and responses associated with your account
  • All exported files stored on Unipark's servers

Important notes

  • Deletion is irreversible. Once processed, data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it with Cleverbridge separately — account deletion does not cancel billing.
  • Export any data you need to keep before requesting deletion.
