Account and data deletion (Right to erasure)
Under GDPR Article 17, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data and Unipark account.
How to request
- Open a support ticket and request account deletion.
- Include: your email address, account name, and installation (www / ww2 / ww3).
- We will process the deletion and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your personal account data
- All survey projects and responses associated with your account
- All exported files stored on Unipark's servers
Important notes
- Deletion is irreversible. Once processed, data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it with Cleverbridge separately — account deletion does not cancel billing.
- Export any data you need to keep before requesting deletion.
