How to request a Combined Data Export (GDPR Art. 15)

Combined Data Export (personal data + survey data)

Under GDPR Article 15 (right of access), participants can request a copy of all their personal data held by Unipark, including survey responses.

How to request

1. Open a support ticket and request a Combined Data Export.
2. You will be sent a Combined Export Request Form (available in English and German).
3. Complete and sign the form and return it to support.
4. We will process the export after receiving the signed form. Written consent is required for GDPR compliance.

Timeline

Processing takes up to 30 days from receipt of the signed form, in line with GDPR requirements.
