I've completed DNS setup — why isn't my domain activated?

DNS setup done — domain not yet activated

Completing your DNS setup is only half of the process. The second step — backend activation in Unipark's AWS SES infrastructure — must be performed manually by the Unipark technical team.

What to do

1. Open a support ticket with the subject: "Sender domain activation request".
2. Include: your domain name, confirmation that DNS records are in place, and any prior ticket references.
3. Our technical team will verify your DNS records and activate your domain in the backend.

Expected timeline

Once the ticket is received and DNS records are confirmed, activation typically takes 1–3 business days. If you submitted a request a long time ago and have not heard back, please follow up — the request may need to be re-escalated internally.
